Where a modern renovation meets country charm, this project is a full renovation of the main living floor to meet the practical demands of a growing family. Formally a U-shaped configuration, the kitchen was relocated to the centre of the floorplan and reoriented to face north. A separate coffee and drinks bar is placed across it to spread out the kitchen functions. The dining faces the rear garden to the surrounding lush tropical bush outlook. A soft creamy wall palette with heritage-style trim work and rustic timber flooring were added throughout contrasted by weathered brass touches and a vibrant green kitchen island breathing life into the open-plan space. A guest bathroom was also reconfigured and upgraded with a space saving custom vanity. Completed 2026.
