Designed for a fast-paced e-commerce brand, this interior bridges the gap between the Newcastle’s working industrial harbour and a modern workplace. Occupying a compact, triangular suite with three open shopfronts, the design navigates a challenging footprint to accommodate private offices, a collaborative open-plan zone, and bespoke amenities—including a private telephone room and integrated kitchen. By layering tactile materials against expansive water views, we created a high-energy environment that fosters both ambitious growth and architectural calm. Completed 2024.
